Design Services – Maryland General Hospital

Maryland General Hospital (MGH) Baltimore, MD is seeking a Design Services Architect/Engineer Consultant for the planning of a new Emergency Department Expansion coupled with renovation of existing Emergency Department. The new Emergency Department is proposed to be 12,500sf state-of-the-art full service facility with 32 exam bays.

Highlights of the project include a new ambulance dock, existing infrastructure & pedestrian bridge rework with adjoining building demolition, new patient entry area, public site improvements and upper level shell space. The Architect/Engineer Consultant must have proven experience designing an ED Facility adjacent to an existing operational Hospital and Emergency Department in an urban setting.
