1.1.1 The Office of Oral Health (OOH), a unit of the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH) of the State of Maryland, hereinafter called “DHMH” or “OOH” is soliciting proposals from qualified Offerors to develop and oversee a statewide Oral Health Literacy Social Marketing Initiative to include ethnic, disabled, minority, and the general population of youth, their parents, care providers and other stakeholders. Ultimately, this Request for Proposal (RFP) will serve to identify an Offeror with a capable staff that can put forward strong ideas while demonstrating the best plan to manage creative development, production, and media placement for a statewide oral health literacy social marketing initiative.
