BALTIMORE COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS – INVITATION TO BID



The Board of Education of Baltimore County invites Contractors to bid on the AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM FOR RANDALLSTOWN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, Solicitation Number JNI-724-11. Procurement questions can be emailed to Jack Nichols at jnichols@bcps.org, or they may be faxed to 410-887-7831.



Verbal questions will not be taken.



Contractors proposing to bid may obtain solicitation documents beginning Thursday, October 7, 2010, through www.bcps.org. Solicitation documents can be ordered electronically or picked-up in person from Gardens Reprographics (419 Saint Paul Place, Baltimore, MD 21202. Hours: Monday through Friday 8 – 5. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 19, 2010, 9:30 A.M., at Randallstown Elementary School, 9013 Liberty Road, Randallstown, MD 21133.



Sealed bids will be received until Thursday, November 4, 2010, no later than 2:30 P.M. in the Office of Purchasing at Baltimore County Public Schools, located at 1940 Greenspring Drive, Suite G, Timonium, MD 21093. A public bid opening will be held approximately 10 minutes after the due date and time for this solicitation.
