c) biology - how coal mining and mine reclamation effects the terrestrial and aquatic plant and animal life.
d) geochemistry – how coal mining and coal mine reclamation effects the chemistry of land and water.
e) engineering – mining engineering or civil engineering.
MDE intends to select two (2) or up to two (2) firms for this contract. The contract to be awarded will be a Fixed Price, indefinite quantity in accordance with COMAR 21.06.03 and will remain in effect for a period of five (5) years. The contract period would run from date of approval for a period of five (5) years.
