The Maryland Stadium Authority (“MSA”) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) to obtain a contractor that will provide electrical support on an as-needed basis (the “Services”) at the following locations:

4 Oriole Park at Camden Yards, 555 Russell Street, Baltimore, MD 21230

4 Camden Station, 301 West Camden Street, Baltimore, MD 21230



The Contract term will be for the first to occur of: (a) three (3) years from the commencement date; or (b) the maximum compensation to the Contractor of $150,000. At the conclusion of the term, MSA will have two (2) options to renew the Contract for terms of one (1) year each, provided funds remain under the $150,000 blanket purchase order (“BPO”).



MSA reserves the right to use its own forces, to engage other contractor’s, and/or not utilize the resulting BPO for any reason whatsoever at the sole and absolute discretion of MSA.
