The Department of Human Resources’ Cecil County Department of Social Services (CEDSS) is seeking to acquire the services of a practicing attorney, licensed in the State of Maryland, to represent the agency before the Cecil County Courts for matters of Child Welfare, Adult Protective Services, Adult Services, Foster Care, Child Care, and Services to Families with Children.
