Bid #11-C-5, Lincoln “B” Elementary School – Addition/Renovation – 2A - Abatement, Demolition and Site Work



The Board of Education of Frederick County will receive sealed bids for Bid #11-C-5, Lincoln ”B” Elementary School – Addition/Renovation – 2A -Abatement, Demolition and Site Work. Bids will be received from Prime Contractors in the Lobby of the Frederick County Public Schools, 191 South East Street, Frederick, Maryland 21701, no later than November 9, 2010 at 2:00 p.m., local time, for Non-Prevailing Wages and at 3:00 p.m., local time, for Prevailing Wages. Any bids received after these times will be returned unopened. All bids will be opened and read aloud at 3:00 p.m. in the Purchasing Dept., 2nd Floor, Room B203.



A pre-bid meeting will be held at 4:00 p.m. local time, October 26, 2010, at Lincoln Elementary School “B” Building, 200 Madison Street, Frederick, MD. 21701. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is not mandatory, but vendors are strongly encouraged to attend.
