PROJECT TITLE: Enrollment Services Building – Power Washing & Sealant
PROJECT NUMBER: TU-1127
DESCRIPTION: Provide all labor equipment and material to power wash the exterior concrete
surface of the South and East faces of the Enrollment Services Building located at the North-West
corner of Towsontown Boulevard and Osler Drive. This solicitation contains a Base Bid and one
Add Alternate. Included in the Base Bid are both wall surfaces of the bridges and the elevated
plaza. The Add Alternate is for power washing of the entire North and West faces of the building.
Upon completion of power washing, the surfaces shall be coated with BASF-ENVIROSEAL 20.
SCHEDULE: Begin upon award and be complete by November 28, 2010.
