Description of services: The purpose of this contract is to obtain multiple psychiatrists to provide interim, required psychiatric services for the continuity of care of patients at Springfield Hospital Center.
The services/requirements/qualifications included in this solicitation apply to bidders if bidding as an individual as well as individuals being submitted by a bidder who submits a bid unless otherwise noted

Minimum Requirements:
Each psychiatrist shall be American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology certified in psychiatry or with equivalent training and experience, licensed to practice medicine in the State of Maryland.
Each psychiatrist shall be a graduate of a medical school accredited by the American College of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or have equivalent training/experience, as determined by the Clinical Director.

Procurement Method: Competitive Sealed Bids (COMAR 21.05.02)
Contract Term: Base January 1, 2011 – December 31, 2011
Option # 1 January 1, 2012 – December 31, 2012
Option # 2 January 1, 2013 – December 31, 2013
