The Department of Health and Mental Hygiene’s Office of the Maryland Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program seeks the services of a conference facility in the Baltimore Inner Harbor area to accommodate 100-150 persons for a three-day conference to be held on either on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 thru Thursday June 16, 2011 or Tuesday, June 21, 2011 thru Thursday, June 23, 2011.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE:
Original, hand-delivered or mailed bids must be received by the PROCUREMENT OFFICER no later than Friday, October 27, 2010 at 2:00 PM in order to be considered.
Bidders who hand deliver bids are requested to please ask the building’s security desk to telephone the PROCUREMENT OFFICER.
Bidders who mail bids should allow sufficient mail transit time to ensure timely receipt by the PROCUREMENT OFFICER. Bids and/or unsolicited amendments to bids arriving after the closing hour and date noted above will not be considered.
NO FAX OR EMAIL BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
