I. SUMMARY STATEMENT
The State Highway Administration is soliciting bids for a contractor to provide electrical maintenance and repair services at the Owings Mills Maintenance Shop and all other SHA properties located in the Baltimore County, Maryland.
II. SMALL BUSINESS RESERVE PROCUREMENT
This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement for which award will be limited to Certified Small Business vendors. Only vendors that meet the statutory requirements set forth in State Finance and Procurement Article Subsections 14-501 – 14-505, Annotated Code of Maryland, and who are registered with the Department of General Services Small Business Reserve Program are eligible for award of a contract.

NOTE: The vendor is solely responsible for ensuring any information sent to the Procurement Officer by FAX has been received by the Procurement Officer.
IIIB. PRE-BID CONFERENCE
No pre-bid conference will be held.
IV. BID DUE DATE
The Bids must be received by the Procurement Officer designee, Heather Streaker at the State Highway Administration offices located at 10690 Red Run Blvd., Owings Mills, Maryland 21117 on or before August 30, 2010 local time 9:00 AM.
