GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING SERVICES
Stearns & Wheler GHD, an environmental engineering consulting firm located in Bowie, Maryland, is seeking qualified Minority and Women’s Business Enterprises capable of completing geotechnical engineering services related to the design phase of the Emmitsburg WWTP ENR Upgrade.
The Scope of Services will include but is not limited to performing approximately eight (8) soil borings at the location of the prospective facilities to determine load bearing capacity of soils. Geotechnical reports shall provide recommendations for the foundation design are to be sealed by a Professional Engineer.
