Oriole Park at Camden Yards is replacing the lighting pole arms at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. The Maryland Stadium Authority requires a contractor to “deliver only” three hundred seventy eight (378) lighting pole arm replacements manufactured by Sun Valley Lighting to match the existing arms and fixtures that are in need of replacement. The light pole arm replacements will be installed by another contractor at a later date.



QUESTIONS

Each Bidder is responsible for reading carefully and understanding fully the terms and conditions of this IFB. All contact between Bidders and the MSA will be formally made at scheduled meetings or in writing through the Procurement Officer. Requests for clarification or additional information must be made in writing to the Procurement Officer and received at the Procurement Office no later than March 12, 2010, 10:00 A.M. The e-mail—preferred method should bear the following phrase: “QUESTIONS: MSA Project No. 10-033”. Only written communications relative to the procurement shall be considered. Questions may be e-mailed to the point of contact listed above. All questions will be answered in writing via addendum that will be posted on eMarylandMarketplace and the MSA website. No oral communications can be relied upon for Bid purposes. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all addenda are received and acknowledged. To the extent that a question causes a change to any part of this IFB, an amendment shallbe issued addressing such.
