Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) has opportunities for minority business enterprise general contractors, prime trade contractors and subcontractors on upcoming capital construction projects. Projects to be bid include: three elementary school modernizations, middle school improvements, systemic HVAC projects, ADA and building modifications.
