NOTICE - SMALL BUSINESS PREFERENCE

In accordance with COMAR 21.11.01.01.02 the Administration will grant a 5% "Small Business Preference" to firms who are registered with the Department of General Services Small Business Preference Program. Vendors claiming the preference must complete and submit the attached Small Business Contract Affidavit, Attachment III.

I. SUMMARY STATEMENT

The Maryland State Highway Administration is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of Propane Gas to the Centreville Maintenance shop. This contract is to establish the delivered, price per gallon cost over the Philadelphia, PA Terminal OPIS daily price. Only include your total margin over cost of the propane in this bid, do not include the Philadelphia, PA Terminal OPIS price. SHA has estimated this amount in the contract bid form (attachment I).

III. BID DUE DATE

21617 on or before Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at 1:00 PM local time.
