UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND MEDICAL CENTER – LOADING DOCK RENOVATION



The University of Maryland Medical Center (UMMC) is seeking a General Contractor for the planned renovation of the Hospital Materials Management & Logistics Loading Dock. This work, slated for spring 2011, will include two mechanical trenches, a new canopy, dock levelers & interior work.



The General Contractor and staff must have proven experience in estimating, scheduling and managing active loading dock renovations within an urban academic medical center setting and an industrial materials management facility.
