Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to award a contract qualified contractor to provide technical services necessary for the completion of various Actuarial projects and provide routine sensitive technical advice to MTA personnel. The Maryland Transit Administration provides a defined benefit pension plan for employees that are represented by one of the two unions. These benefits are negotiated between union and management and are included in the collective bargaining agreements resulting from these negotiations.
