Donley’s LLC, acting as Construction Manager for Towson University is soliciting bids for the following scope of work for the new parking garage located at Towson University.



Summary of Work: Construct a new 1,500 car six story parking structure for Towson University located on an existing asphalt surface parking lot located south of Towsontown Boulevard, and west of Emerson Drive in the current Towson Run precinct. The following scopes of work are currently being bid; Site Work and Underground Utilities, Drilled Piers (caissons), Cast-In-Place Concrete, and Elevators.
