Special Reception June 8 to Honor Visiting Delegation of African Business Women

Please join NAWBO-BRC Global Initaitives Tuesday, June 8, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. at the Center Club for a private reception to honor a special delegation of business women from Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda, Cameroon, South Africa, and Ghana. These women are "Hub" leaders for the Africa Businesswomen's Network (ABWN) established by Vital Voices Global Partnership, a Non-Governmental Organization, sponsored by ExxonMobil Foundation and chartered to identify, train and empower business women in developing countries. All prominent business executives, these women are currently building 'chapter-like' women's organizations in their respective countries, to continue to strengthen the role women play in business across the African continent.
