Bid #104-12 Relocation of Modular Classrooms
The Board of Education of Frederick County will receive sealed bids for Bid #10C12, Relocation of Modular Classrooms. Bids will be received in the Purchasing Department of the Frederick County Public Schools no later than 2:00 P.M. local time, April 6, 2010, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened.
The scope of work allows for bidding by trade: transportation of modulars; foundation; associated electrical work; and deck work, with award by group or in total. Each trade shall cooperate with all other trades and shall properly coordinate its work with theirs.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. local time, March 24, 2010, in the Purchasing Department Conference Room, 33 Thomas Johnson Drive, Frederick, Maryland 21702. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is not mandatory, but vendors are encouraged to attend.
