ACTiVATE IS SEEKING A FEW GOOD TECHNOLOGY-MINDED ENTREPRENEURIAL WOMEN

ACTiVATE is a year-long entrepreneurship program for mid-career women interested in starting or growing a technology-based or technology-enabled business. Classes are taught by experienced entrepreneurs who provide the tools, including access to mentors, potential funders, and sponsors, to help create a viable, growing company.

Since its inception in 2005, more than 100 women have graduated from the program and more than one third of them have formed new companies or developed new products for their existing business. The next class starts on September 12 in Columbia (MD) and is currently seeking applicants. Program runs on Monday evenings and one Saturday per month.
