MARYLAND MOTOR VEHICLE ADMINISTRATION - SMALL BUSINESS PREFERENCE PROCUREMENT

IFB NO.: V-MUL-11088-M



The Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) is soliciting Invitation for Bid, for a three (3) year contract for Secure Data Destruction Services, located at 6601 Ritchie Highway, N.E., Glen Burnie, MD 21015. MVA intends to enter into a contract to provide for the secure pick-up of drivers license services (DLS) consumables (example, but not limited to: color ribbons, data cartridges, ID cards, drivers license films, plastic film cartridges, mini USB‘s, hard drives, etc..) and the destruction by incineration.



The closing date for receipt of bids is Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. All bids must be delivered to the address listed below. No electronic or facsimile bids will be accepted. All bids that have been received by the scheduled closing date will be opened at this time. All submittals after 2:00 p.m. will not be considered and will be returned to the bidders.
