GREEN Economy, Careers & Jobs- May 3

Careers & Jobs in the Green Economy Spot Lighted at GEBOC Panel

Baltimore, MD [CapitalWirePR] March 7, 2011 - With confirmations of
presentations by Helen McClure of the Prince George's Community College and
Gaciela Tiscareno-Sato, author of "Latinovating: Great American Jobs & the
Latinos Creating Them", America's secondannual Green Economy Opportunities
Business Conference [GEBOC] will highlight areas of better than average wages
and job growth in an increasingly energy conscious market. GEBOC will take
place on May 3, 2011 at the Four Points by Sheraton BWI Airport hotel.

"Until America is again self reliant for its energy needs, there will be
steadily increasing opportunities for careers built around increasing energy
efficiency, particularly in the building and construction industry," said Maria
Beckett, Event Chair of the conference sponsored by the Presidents'
RoundTable. "Our career and jobs panel is taking shape to provide key insight
on upgrading skills and where job opportunities can be expected."

GEBOC reaches out to women, veteran, minority and traditionally disadvantaged
communities to increase understanding of new opportunities for growth and
advancement in the emerging green economy.

Other panels will address:
* The business nexus of energy efficiency and clean energy;
* Certification, education & training;
* Sustainable building design solutions & urban agriculture developments;
* Finding funding & capital in the green economy; and
* Federal, state & local policies and new business opportunities.
