The Maryland Stadium Authority (MSA) is issuing this Request for Proposals) to contract with an architect/engineer to provide on-call architectural/engineering services for Camden Yards Sports Complex (CYCS) on an as-needed basis in accordance with the Statement of Work identified in Exhibit I of the attached RFP.
