Cabinet Unit Heaters for M&T Bank Stadium

MSA Project No. 11-011



M&T is replacing heaters installed in its restrooms located in the main concourse that are bad or going bad. The Maryland Stadium Authority requires a contractor to ―”furnish only” twenty-one (21) Berko 900 Series or approved equal cabinet unit heaters. The heaters will be installed by Maryland Stadium Authority.

QUESTIONS

Each Bidder is responsible for reading carefully and understanding fully the terms and conditions of this IFB. All contact between Bidders and the MSA will be formally made at scheduled meetings or in writing through the Procurement Officer. Requests for clarification or additional information must be made in writing to the Procurement Officer and received at the Procurement Office no later than October 1, 2010, 2:00 P.M. local time. The e-mail—preferred method should bear the following phrase: “QUESTIONS: MSA Project No. 11-011”. Only written communications relative to the procurement shall be considered. Questions may be e-mailed to the point of contact listed above. All questions will be answered in writing via addendum that will be posted on eMarylandMarketplace and the MSA website. No oral communications can be relied upon for Bid purposes. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all addenda are received and acknowledged.
