Maryland Stadium Authority – Request for Qualifications



1) Subject to conditions prescribed by the Maryland Stadium Authority (“MSA”), responses to MSA’s to this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) are sought from contractors for the following work:



Project Name: Concrete Repairs and Maintenance

Project Number: 10-056

Estimated Project Value: Less than $300,000



MSA is seeking a qualified contractor to perform general concrete repairs and small construction projects at M&T on an on-call time and material basis. A general description of the work is provided below. This contract will be for a multi-year service contract.



2) Submittals must be received by the Procurement Officer identified below no later than 5:00 p.m. EST on Monday, June 14, 2010. Late submissions will not be accepted.
