Description of services: Calligraphy Services for Commemorative Birth Certificates



The Division of Vital Records, a division of the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, is soliciting bids for Calligraphy Services in connection with its Commemorative Birth Certificates. The Division of Vital Records registers all births occurring in the State of Maryland. The Commemorative Certificate is a Special copy of the Birth Certificate, which is sold to raise revenue for the Maryland Childrens Fund.

Contract Term: August 17, 2010 through August 18, 2015
