NOTICE - SMALL BUSINESS PREFERENCE

In accordance with COMAR 21.11.01.01.02 the Administration will grant a 5% "Small Business Preference" to firms who are registered with the Department of General Services Small Business Preference Program. Vendors claiming the preference must complete and submit the attached Small Business Contract Affidavit, Attachment III.

For more information about the Small Business Preference Program, refer to Attachment II or log onto the Department of General Services Internet Site at www.dgs.state.md.us.

I. SUMMARY STATEMENT

The purpose of this contract is to apply Plant Growth Regulators by high volume method, as needed on various roadsides and medians, in the Hereford Maintenance
area of Baltimore County.
