The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD), a principal department of the State of Maryland (State), is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking Accounting firms experienced in the review and analysis of annual audited financial statements of multi family rental properties to submit a proposal for the review and analysis of multi family rental property audited financial statements and qualified contract price proposals for the Division of Credit Assurance (DCA). Specific qualifications and services to be provided are outlined in Section 3 of the RFP.
