The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) desires competitive sealed bids, in accordance with COMAR 21.05.02 for the purpose of obtaining the services of a qualified Contractor or Contractors to provide the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) with agency wide clean fuel/ clean tanks maintenance services as directed by the MTA.
