CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY – GOVERNOR’S OFFICE OF MINORITY AFFAIRS

A Request for Proposals (RFP) has been issued by the Governor’s Office of Minority Affairs (GOMA). The RFP may also be downloaded from GOMA’s website at www.mdminoritybusiness.com (under “What’s New” section) or from eMaryland Marketplace (Solicitation No. D10SO265565).

GOMA is soliciting the services of a management consulting firm to manage the Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Contract Compliance function for the State of Maryland Video License Terminals (VLT) licensees, as required by the enabling legislation passed during the 2009 legislative session.

You are encouraged to review the RFP and attend the Pre-proposal conference which will be held on Wednesday, January 27^th at 10:00 am at MDOT Headquarters, 7201 Corporate Center Drive, Hanover, MD 21076.

If you intend to submit an offer in response to this RFP, your proposal must be received not later than 2:00 pm on February 16, 2010.
