    The Board of Education of Frederick County will receive sealed bids for Water Heaters for the Maintenance Department. Bids will be received in the Purchasing Department of the Frederick County Public Schools no later than 2:00 P.M. local time, December 7, 2009, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
