The Board of Education of Frederick County will receive sealed bids for Water Heaters for the Maintenance Department. Bids will be received in the Purchasing Department of the Frederick County Public Schools no later than 2:00 P.M. local time, December 7, 2009, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened.
A pre-bid meeting will not be held.

SUMMARY STATEMENT
The State Highway Administration is soliciting bids for a qualified MHIC Contractor to provide carpentry services on an “as needed” basis at the Prince Frederick Maintenance Facility and all other SHA properties located in Calvert County, Maryland.
SMALL BUSINESS RESERVE PROCUREMENT
This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement for which award will be limited to Certified Small Business vendors. Only vendors that meet the statutory requirements set forth in State Finance and Procurement Article Subsections 14-501 – 14-505, Annotated Code of Maryland, and who are registered with the Department of General Services Small Business Reserve Program are eligible for award of a contract.
